1. Assists Supervisor in the various tasks relative to the implementation of the LGU's HRM Program such as the conduct of orientation, training, and monitoring of compliance by employees of LGU policies and regulations.
2. Provides Supervisor with personnel records and statistics for his information and guidance.
3. Complies and updates with personnel records and statistics for his information and guidance.
4. Assists individual employees in the preparation of documents for the availment of lawful benefits.
5. Assists supervisor in the preparation of reports to be submitted to the concerned offices and agencies.
6. Does other task as may be assigned by the superior.
