Human Resource  Assistant and Staff duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes applicant interviews, making memos, and maintaining employee 201 files. Human Resource Assistant may also be in charge of recruitment, the orientation of New Employees, and implementation of Company Policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

-Must be 4 years in Human Resources/Psychology or any related courses.

-At least 1-2 years of related work experience in human relations and recruitment management.

-With Leadership Skills and people management.

-Able to work under pressure.

-Able to Work with Less supervision.
