Job Summary:
The HR/Admin Assistant supports the HR and Admin Department and is responsible in daily administrative and HR duties of Intelliwork Outsourcing Phils., Inc.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Communication and other related courses
With at least 2 years work experience in HR Recruitment and Administration
Smart, intelligent, and can interact/converse with company executives in a pleasant and sensible manner
With high level of comprehension skill
With strong management and leadership skills, a team player, and with good work ethics
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Excellent organizational and task-management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Has good positive attitude and can work under pressure
Highly reliable and can adapt to flexible schedule
Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection with at least 10MPBS
