Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR/Admin Assistant supports the HR and Admin Department and is responsible in daily administrative and HR duties of Intelliwork Outsourcing Phils., Inc.

Qualifications:

    Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Communication and other related courses
    With at least 2 years work experience in HR Recruitment and Administration  
    Smart, intelligent, and can interact/converse with company executives in a pleasant and sensible manner
    With high level of comprehension skill
    With strong management and leadership skills, a team player, and with good work ethics
    Knowledgeable in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    Excellent organizational and task-management skills  
    Ability to meet deadlines
    Has good positive attitude and can work under pressure  
    Highly reliable and can adapt to flexible schedule
    Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection with at least 10MPBS
