Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative support in the implementation of human resource services including recruitment, employee relations, records management, benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support the implementation of HR programs and employee engagement activities
- Assist in payroll documentation and benefits administration
- Ensure HR policies are properly communicated and adhered to at site level
- Coordinate with head office HR for reports and policy updates
