Job Description

HR Site Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the HR Partner in the administration of employee-related HR policies, including but not limited to timekeeping, benefits administration, and implementation, ensuring that individual objectives are achieved and all deliverables are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processes and administers employees’ benefits claims such as sickness, maternity and insurance reimbursement.
Verifies and submits the completed benefits documents (SSS, HDMF, Asianlife, BIR, Philhealth) to Central Payroll (liaison officer).
Sends and updates Leave Balances.
Prepares and releases all Government Certificates and Loan Remittances.
Collects, links and validates all payroll transactions (such as overtimes, night differentials, leaves, tardiness, and other deductions).
Prepares, processes and releases all payroll documents (ATM, Manager's Checks, final paychecks, payslips, cash request)
Monitors and releases regular and final paychecks.
Prepares payroll adjustments and IOM templates.
Prepares and releases Certificates of Employment.
Updates and ensures accuracy of Site's Daily Attrition Database information (i.e. Reason for Resignation, Effective Date).
Conducts monthly internal audit to ensure that HR documents are updated and complete in accordance with the set compliance standards (i.e. ISO, SOX, PCIDSS, etc.)
Participates and assists in the implementation of HR-initiated programs and activities
Acts as HR’s helpdesk support, exerting all efforts and exhausting various possibilities to provide employees the service they require within the agreed guidelines.
Provides quality customer service in every interaction and transaction, applying business ethics, principles and standards.
Speaks of ideas clearly and articulately in all presentation and situation may it be for internal or external clients
Relays relevant announcements, updates and new procedures to all departments and employees concerned.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4 year course
Must have administrative or HR related experience for at least 6 months
Above-average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino
business writing skills
basic computer proficiency (MS Office particularly Excel and Word, Internet)
strong sense of confidentiality
Preferably with:
Experience in payroll processing and employee benefits administration and data management
Soft skills and diplomacy, and general understanding of diverse business environment.
