Job Description

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Assistant supports the HRIS System Administrator in maintaining and improving the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This includes encoding, updating, scanning, and uploading personnel data; assisting with system maintenance; ensuring data quality and compliance; and supporting the transition to a new HRIS. The HRIS Assistant also validates field staff records, processes employment verification, monitors user logs, and prepares HRIS-related staff reports upon request.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Information Technology or other computer related courses
2. Computer literate and proficient in computer applications
3. At least 1 year of experience in Human Development, specifically on staff Records and Human Development Management software, is an advantage
