1. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
2. Attracts and manages sourcing of applicants by placing job postings, contacting applicants through job sites (Linked In, Indeed & Job boards), social media and career placements of different schools.
3. Performs screening process based on the company standards and requirements through in-person and online/phone interview with applicants.
4. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with the Department Heads/ EXECOM/President.
5. Arranges travel of Cebu Applicants and escorting them to interviews.
6. Communicate with incoming employee all necessary pre-employment requirements and procedures.
7. Conducts reference and background checking of applicants.
8. Creates Job Offer, Employment Agreements, and Regularization Contracts.
9. Monitors Personnel Requests of different departments.
10. Maintains relationships with both internal and external clients/agencies to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
11. Conducts initial screening of applicants’ credentials based on submitted resumes and determines their compliance with basic qualification standards.
12. Performs job matching by analyzing and evaluating how a job and an applicant matched together.
13. Ensures the timely placement of requested manpower within the standard period which is one (1) month.
