1. Handles and facilitates the full cycle of training and development activities to meet needs and requirements of employees in conjunction with the Club’s goals and objectives.
2. In charge of the Psychological Assessment and Competency Assessment of employees.
3. Assists the Training Manager
4. Handles and facilitates the On-the-Job Training Program of students
5. Communicates with employees for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning training and development.
6. Prepares, serves and monitor Training Agreements and Training Programs of all hired fixed period staff, probationary staff and promoted or transferred staff.
7. Supports the Human Resource Manager and department staff as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities
8. Conducts periodic inventory of all FFEs used by Training and takes custodianship over these FFEs, files and documents in close coordination with the HR Assistant for Employee Relations.
9. Keeps and safeguards confidential information and documents of the department.
10. Participates in all activities, projects and programs spearheaded by the Human Resource Department.
11. Performs tasks as indicated in his/her Health and Safety task card when there are emergency situations at the Club
12. Practices good hygiene, sanitation and good housekeeping in the workplace.
13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time which are necessary in the achievement of the Club’s Mission and Vision.
