• Associate's or bachelor's degree of any Accounting related course (BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management)
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with HR software and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration
