Universal Robina is looking for a proactive and analytical HR Business Partner Intern to support our HR Business Partner team in aligning human resource strategies with business goals. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in strategic HR and looking to gain insight into workforce planning, organizational development, and HR analytics. You’ll work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives that drive performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in HR strategy and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR data and trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Can work for a minimum of 400 hours
