Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and events.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including document processing and recordkeeping (201 Filing).
  • Provide support to HR-related functions as needed.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle reception duties.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Office Management, HRDM or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • HR-related certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge in Labor Law is a plus.
