1. Assist overseeing HR administration of all employees’ related matters/ queries such as but not limited to concerns regarding mandatory benefits, records management, personnel policies and procedures; and completing personnel transactions;
2. Assist in the implementation of the company policies and procedures; and the company code of discipline;
3. Assist in conducting administrative investigation, counseling employees as the need arises and issuing Disciplinary Action;
4. Conduct re-orientation and endorse the newly hired employees on their designated line groups and/or superior;
5. Assist in the coordination with production line operations pertains to manpower movement and allocation;
6. Prepares daily attendance and absenteeism report and monthly turn-over report and other assigned reports submitted to the Management;
7. Prepares daily attendance and absenteeism report and monthly turn-over report and other assigned reports submitted to the Management;
8. Prepares daily attendance and absenteeism report and monthly turn-over report and other assigned reports submitted to the Management;
9. Prepares daily attendance and absenteeism report and monthly turn-over report and other assigned reports submitted to the Management;
10. Assist in the implementation of the company policies and procedures; and the company code of discipline;
11. Attends and accepts production employees’ complaints and issues and coordinates to concerned HR personnel.
12. Maintains Disciplinary Action Log Book and conducts minor investigation on employees committing violation, i.e., forgot ID, not wearing proper uniform, violation of rules of code of discipline prior to issuance of Disciplinary Action;
13. Provides Clinic assistance in the absence of Company Nurse.
14. Assist in implementation and execution of company organized activities;

16. Perform other task as the need arises and deem necessary as assigned by the immediate superior.
