Knowledgeable in using job portals and manage manpower providers for recruitment and selection of key positions; with strong interpersonal skills and wide array of connections
Adequate knowledge with Philippine Labor Laws with its implementing rules and regulations.
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Remarkable negotiation and conflict management skills.
Fluent in English, Filipino and Mandarin.
Acts as a role model and leads by example by ensuring all sensitive information of the business should always be handled with integrity and accountability.
