Job Description

The HR Specialist Employee Relations position is primarily responsible in creating, designing, planning, and implementing the Company’s employee relation, case management, and employee engagement programs, policies and procedures to develop and maintain a positive communication and workplace relationship between the organization and its employees and external parties, and to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Years of relevant experience: At least 2 years’ experience in handling Employee Relations, Case Management, and Labor Relations.
2. Educational degree/ Certificate or license: Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any business-related courses.
3. Competencies required – enumerate the list of technical, functional, universal competencies, etc.:
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning and organizing, and decision-making skills
- Strong public relations and presentation skills
- Efficient in project management handling projects and initiatives
4. Specific technical know-how – equipment, machine, software, system, processing, etc.:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and data processing programs
- Familiarity with Employee Case Management, Labor Law and other jurisprudence
