2. Educational degree/ Certificate or license: Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any business-related courses.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning and organizing, and decision-making skills
- Strong public relations and presentation skills
- Efficient in project management handling projects and initiatives
4. Specific technical know-how – equipment, machine, software, system, processing, etc.:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and data processing programs
- Familiarity with Employee Case Management, Labor Law and other jurisprudence
