This role is responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance product knowledge, visual merchandising standards, in-store execution, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in training and development, understands retail operations, and is passionate about building effective frontline teams.
- Demonstrated experience with similar tasks or responsibilities
- Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous formal or informal positions of leading and or managing teams
- Excellent in cognitive thought and problem-solving (Qualitative, Quantitative and Mixed method of analysis)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Willing to travel within the Philippines
- Fluency in English (Knowledge in local dialect is an advantage e.g. Hiligaynon, Cebuano among others)
