SENIOR ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Case Management: Managing of various system touchpoints. Classifying requests according to nature, urgency, and impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Developing and recommending process improvements necessary for operational efficiencies and service excellence to drive quality, speed, and safety.
  • Quality Management: Deliver excellent customer experience in query resolution aligned to People Services policies, desk procedures, knowledge base, and master processes.

QUALIFICATION (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • Preferred degree in Business Administration or Management; with training in client relations, customer service, and communication
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in data analyst roles;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
  •  At least 2-3 years of exposure to management or senior leadership roles
