Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Mediate conflicts between individuals and teams, promoting constructive resolution.
  • Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Analyze employee relations data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, compensation, and training teams to ensure alignment in HR practices.
  • Manage incident reports, draft Notices to Explain (NTEs), and oversee return-to-work processes.
  • Offer legal guidance on employee-related matters to ensure full compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs to boost morale, communication, and retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and help develop strategies to reduce employee turnover.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
