JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for HR Generalist who will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing applicants, administering employee concerns, regulatory compliance and training and development. S/he should have outstanding analytical and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Develops strong relationships to partner with institutions that can support our staffing needs
- Works closely with Hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of our recruiting process
- Formulates comprehensive job descriptions and posts them.
- Conducts phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follows through pre-employment requirements
- Facilitates onboarding of new hires
