The Human Resource Development (HRD) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role ensures that learning initiatives align with organizational goals, fosters a culture of continuous development, and contributes to workforce planning and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
- Facilitate training sessions, seminars, and leadership development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Talent & Career Development:
- Develop career progression frameworks and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring programs to enhance employee growth.
- Work with managers to create personalized development plans for employees.
Organizational Development & Performance Improvement:
- Implement programs that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Conduct competency mapping and skills gap analysis to align with business needs.
- Support change management initiatives by providing training and communication strategies.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure training programs comply with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with HR, department heads, and leadership teams to align development strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external training providers and consultants when necessary.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in training and development, organizational development, or a related HR function.
Skills:
