Job Description

  • Collects and checks all government and company-initiated benefits availments and ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely release of benefits.
    • Checks all benefit requests and ensures that they are supported by justification/documentation.
    • Handles and assists employees on enrollment, utilization or claims, and cessation of entitlement to HMO and Insurance Program.
    • Schedules orientations/briefing about new or revised benefits programs and ensures that all employees understood the ailment protocols and guidelines.
    • Attends to employee queries and concerns regarding government and company-initiated benefits – entitlement, processing, and documentation requirements.
    • Supports the HRDA Manager in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of QMS implementation in the HRDA Department.
    • Updates and ensures the completeness and integrity of all HRDA internal documents and records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management preferably with Professional Licensure (is an advantage)
    • Minimum of two (2) years of extensive work experience as HR Professional specializing in Compensation and Benefits (government-mandated and company initiated), timekeeping and payroll
    • Willing to start ASAP
