JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in handling activities in Human Resource Department such as End to end Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.
A. Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding:
1. Job posting through different job portals.
2. Coordinate with Graphics department for Job Ads poster.
3. Source potential applicants by calling short listed applicants for examination and preliminary interview.
4. Conduct examination to applicants and check examination papers as per schedule
5. Endorsed applicants who passed examination to HR Supervisor and requesting unit for interview.
6. Instruct applicant who passed examination and interviews to comply with the employment requirements like medical certificate / drug test.
7. Conduct Background Checking for qualified candidates then forward the result to HR Officer for evaluation.
8. Checking newly hired personnel’s accomplished forms such as Information sheet, ID request form, ATM application forms, Code of Conduct acknowledgment form
9. Prepare and coordinate with IT regarding email.
10. Conducts New Hire Orientation
11. Introduction of Newly hired employees to different department
12. Attend job fairs and other recruitment activities
B. Records Management
1. Maintain effective filing of application papers for easy monitoring and reference.
2. Creation of 201 filing folders (name and date hired)
3. Monitors and updates the Employees master list, salary master list, Cash Advance Monitoring, 3rd and 5th Month evaluation of the probationary employees.
4. Distribution/Issuance of the following:
a. Employment Contract,
b. Personnel Movement Advice (PMA)
c. Code of Conduct Handbook
d. ID and Lanyard
C. Employee Engagement/Relations:
1. Monthly posting of Birthday celebrants/Anniversary
2. Creation of Monthly Tardiness Memo.
3. Assisting in HR Activities and Events
D. Compensation and Benefits:
1. Prepare monthly remittances;
a. SSS Contribution and Loans
b. PAG-IBIG Contributions and Loans
c. Philhealth Contributions
2. Validating and Checking of benefits
a. Medical Reimbursement
b. Educational Allowance
3. Checking of Payroll and Assisting’s with preparation of payslips
E. Others:
1. Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
