Job Description

1. Conducting Recruitment and Selection

2. Addressing employee concerns and grievances. 

3. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 

5. Ensuring fair and competitive compensation.

6. Maintaining employee records and HR databases. 

Qualifications/Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a common requirement. 

Gaining experience through internships or entry-level HR positions is a good way to develop essential skills. 

Experience in areas like recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, or training and development can be valuable. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Between 30-35 years old
