  • Has experience processing employee’s government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, and Pag- ibig.
  • Process timesheet for payroll.
  • Monitor and process employee’s company and government requirements and benefits.
  • Process Clearance and Quitclaims.
  • Process Clearances of employees and last pay
  • Register employees at Online BIR employers account (if no TIN ).
  • Submit R1A of new employees at SSS
  • Manage 201 Files of employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Has completed Bachelors’ degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any Business equivalent course.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Has at least 1-2yrs. Experience as HR Staff.
  • The ability to work well with team members and management
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
