Job description
  • Conducts the initial review of Incident Violation Reports (IVRs) and preliminary investigation.
  • Prepares and issues Notice to Explain (NTEs) to alleged subject employees within two (2) to three (3) days upon receipt of IVR.
  • Reviews NTEs thoroughly and recommends objective, fair and impartial disciplinary sanctions for minor offense in accordance to the provisions of the Code of Conduct.
  • Checks and reviews all the Notice of Administrative Hearing prior to issuance.
  • Attends and observes proper implementation of Administrative Hearings.
  • o Designs, develops and prepares the Annual Employee Engagement Program which includes sourcing and benchmarking of appropriate and cost-effective programs as well as resources needed specifically the budget.
  • Monitors the preparation of Employee Engagement Activities such as scheduling, information dissemination and preparation of resources needed.
  • Executes and evaluates the effectiveness and impact of Employee Engagement Programs including follow through activities and verifications.
  • Conducts semi-annual briefing for all Performance Evaluation Raters including the purpose and mechanics.
  • Supervises the administration/distribution, computation, evaluation and discussion of Performance Evaluation and Improvement processes of Purechem.o Conducts semi-annual briefing for all Performance Evaluation Raters including the purpose and mechanics.
  • Supervises the administration/distribution, computation, evaluation and discussion of Performance Evaluation and Improvement processes of Purechem.
  • Attends and participates to all QMS related trainings, preparations, meetings and audits
  • Checks the Acceptance of Resignation for exiting employees including Turnover List and Exit Interview Form.
  • Checks, reviews and reconciles completion of Turnover List, Accountability Form and Company Clearance.
  • Conducts Exit Interview to all exiting Staff and Supervisory employees
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, MS Office

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management
  • Atleast with exposure in Recruitment & Training with total of 3-4 years experience as HR
  • Willing to work in Navotas City
  • Willing to start ASAP
