Job Description

  • This job reports to the Store Operations Manager and implements HR related activities such records management, employee relations and discipline, engagement and development, payroll and benefits, and recruitment and acquisition at the store level. This job works closely with HR Business Partners for operations in implementing and addressing HR related activities and concerns. 
  • Facilitates HR initiated activities such as but not limited to store quarterly awarding, store anniversary, Christmas party, team building, and other similar events
  • Implements HR Policies and Procedures and Company Rules & Regulations in the store level.
  • Implements progressive discipline for rank-and-file employees who have consistently violated the company’s rules and regulations in accordance with due process and the Labor Code.
  •  Validates daily timekeeping of employees in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within store level
  •  Checks timekeeping during cut-off and corrects any errors committed during the daily timekeeping; ensures completeness and accuracy of DTR
  •  Ensures Agency Billing is complete, submitted on time, and duly signed off by Store Operations Manager
  • Coordinates with HR Head Office on employee concerns involving benefits and salary/wage
  • Ensures all payroll and benefits programs and initiatives from corporate counterpart are well implemented at the store level
  • Implements effective screening and assessment processes to ensure the hiring of the best candidates for a given job vacancy screening, recruitment, and placement.


Qualifications/Requirements

1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
