ACTUAL POSITION:
MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

 Represents the company to Japan Head Office in meetings and business trips visitations of executives in the Phil. branch
 Facilitates communication and resolution in conflict situations.
 Works closely with different departments to understand their needs and align HR strategies with business goals
 Ensuring that HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Must be graduated in any 4 year business related or human resources courses.
 With at least 12 months work experience in Administrative line on Japanese Manufacturing/Business Industry
 Fluent in Japanese language proficiency and must have a good understanding in Japanese business practices.
 With analytical and decision making skills.
