HR MANAGER, LEARNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities:
• Reviews and/or conducts training needs analysis, reviews, and co-facilitates in-house training
modules/programs.
• Ensures the preparation of all training requirements prior to the conduct of the training program
(budget, memo, training materials, hand-outs, certificate of attendance, venue, food, and
accommodation).
• Strategizing and implementing training and development interventions to increase organizational capability in achieving desired business results.
• Strategizing and implementing initiatives and processes to measure employee performance
and address performance gaps.
