Position : HR Business Manager

Job Description :

  • Lead Human Resource function for Infosys BPM Philippines.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies
  • Managing employee relations
  • Lead HR team, and ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Fostering engaging, productive & positive work culture
  • oversee compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks. a positive work environment.
  • Manage HR budget & metrics

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ,Psychology, Business Administration or related field
14+years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 10 years in Senior leadership or strategic HR roles
Proven track record in business partnering with C-Level executives to align people's strategies with business goals
