Job Description

• Male or Female with pleasing personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or a Business related course field (with a Master’s degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership in HR management.
• Strong knowledge in DOLE policies, compliance and labor laws.
• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
• Proven experience managing HR functions from recruitment to retirement, employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits administration.
• Lead recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet organizational needs.
• Proven ability to analyse data and use insights for decision-making.
• Handle investigations, claims, and legal disputes related to labor and employment issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ensure company policies comply with labor regulations.
• Foster positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for resolving workplace conflicts.
• Utilize HR analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and programs.
• Can handle different kinds of employees’ behaviour.
• Required to travel within Western Visayas regularly
• Can handle work under pressure with less supervision.
