- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts.

- Develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
- Track, monitor, and optimize engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on engagement performance.
- Fulfill all assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities with excellence.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives from authorized representatives.
- Perform administrative and non-administrative tasks as assigned through written or verbal instructions.
- Execute additional services as mutually agreed upon by all parties.
