Be part of our client’s team as a Customer Engagement Manager and take the lead in building lasting relationships with customers worldwide. You will craft and execute engagement strategies, analyze business opportunities, and drive customer success—enhancing the global outsourcing and offshoring experience for businesses everywhere.

Your Role at a Glance

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts.
  • Interact with key customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Conduct customer engagement business analysis to enhance strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
  • Track, monitor, and optimize engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on engagement performance.
  • Fulfill all assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities with excellence.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives from authorized representatives.
  • Perform administrative and non-administrative tasks as assigned through written or verbal instructions.
  • Execute additional services as mutually agreed upon by all parties.

Qualifications/Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role across APAC, Latam, and Balkan regions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful customer engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in managing global customer relationships and navigating cultural differences.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in Malay, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Macedonian.
  • Willingness to travel to different regions as needed.
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules.
