Job Description

Recruitment and Selection
  • To develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.
  • Oversees recruitment and selection process that conforms to the job specifications.
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • To provide guidance and direction.
  • To develop strategic compensation plans, aligned with performance management system and competency base compensation structure.
  • Training and Development
  • To conduct periodic training needs assessment in collaboration with other Department Heads to determine when training is necessary. The type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity.
  • To examine performance records to identify areas where employees could improve through job skills training or employee development through seminars and workshop.
  • To develop succession planning and employee development program and training for future business needs.
Performance Management
  • To prepare roadmap for developing, implementing and evaluating company performance management system.
  • To ensure that performance is being tracked and measured.
  • To conduct periodic performance review and evaluation in collaboration with Department Head.
  • Discipline Management System
  • To develop/ maintain a high standard of employee discipline process that will contribute to the stability and productivity of workforce.
  • To assist in the development of performance standards of the company.
  • To track disciplinary actions, dates, status, summaries and case by case outcome for any employees to have documentary file of disciplinary cases.
  • To create disciplinary workflow actions, such as suspension, termination.
  • To conduct counselling, encouragement and guidance to employees to promote harmony in the workplace.
  • To form and lead discipline committee in conducting investigation in committee hearing.
  • To represent company in legal cases pertaining to employee grievances and labor standards
Organizational Development
  • To develop Employee Retention Program that will reduce Manpower turnover.
  • To assist in determining the company’s organizational structure needed for future business expansion plan.
  • To assist and facilitate planning session activity to ensure organization meet the company’s business target and objective.
