1. To manage employees in HRD Department.
2. To assist in hiring and screening of applicants for any vacant position in the company.
3. To conduct orientation to newly hired employees.
4. To coordinate with the hospital for the medical procedure and results of newly hired employees.
5. To keep some confidential records of all employees regardless of status.
6. To double-check Time Cards and Attendance Sheet for payroll computation.
7. To monitor and to record Leave of Absence and Late of employees.
8. To prepare monthly summary of Leave and other reports related to it.
9. To prepare letter to Bank for addition and deletion of employees to payroll account.
10. To prepare monthly payables for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax and Medicard.
11. To prepare monthly reports to SSS (R1, R3 and LMS ), Philhealth (Quick Pin and EPRS), Pag-IBIG Remittance and Loan Payment, BIR 1601-C and E-registration.
12. To prepare Monthly Payroll Summary for submission to Executive Administrator.
13. To prepare contracts for employees (Casual, Probationary, Regular and Confidentiality Contracts.
14. To prepare Minutes of the Meeting for the Monthly Execom Meeting.
15. To ensure that all department policies are properly implemented and complied with all employees.
16. To assist in conducting counseling to every employees with problems, especially those who violate company rules and regulations.
17. To serve memos and conduct counseling to erring employees.
18. To prepare and serve Evaluation Form to department heads.
19. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
