Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
Observe all policies, rules, and regulations of the company
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
Compile and update employee 201 file (hard and soft copies)
Maintain confidentiality of pertinent information to assure personnel rights are protected at all times
Assist in clerical and technical support in recruitment such as:
Prepare vacancies for job posting,communicate with Partner companies in hiring (PESO City and PESO Province)
Attending SRA or Job Fair
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, notifies eligible workers of position availability
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees as well as reorientation of existing employee
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, and training)
Accommodate newly hired employees and for filling data needed for 201, metrobank atm, insurance,ID, etc.
Provide clerical and technical support in Compensation & Benefits such as:
Explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Assist in registering Benefits such as SSS, PHIC and HDMF for newly hired employees that have not yet register
Records and update employees leave and leave credits
Sorting and answering of queries in emails and calls for the HR department
Ensure smooth communication with employees concerns and timely resolution to their queries
Receives all Employees filed forms (Notice of Absence, Change Day off, Work Adjustment, Leaves, etc.) to be signed by Division Manager for approval
Filing of All Documents including Memos, Incident Report, Received Letters,Filed Forms, etc.
Assist in making Memo’s for All Employees who violated company policy or other Memo’s as per request by Management
Assist in Payroll
Updates Tracking Attendance of all Department per cut off
Assist in any events or activities organize by Company
Assist in Orientation and Exam
Conduct Onboarding on newly hired employees
Coordinate with President's Office in any concerns
Processing employees clearance, exit interview , request for COE and DTR Summary for last pay.


• Graduate Of BS Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resource Or Any Buss. Related Course
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Hands-on experience with an HR Field
• Committed to work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Time management and Flexible
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
