Description of Responsibilities:
1. Advertise job openings on different sourcing tools such as but not limited to social media and other job advertisement sites
2. Identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, qualifications and skills of respective request for the open positions
3.Sourcing of candidates for vacant positions based on the MRF/JD provided
4. Review candidate applications
5. Facilitate the hiring process (screening, interviews, selection, background investigation, completion of pre-employment requirements and others)
6. Conduct initial interview (phone screening), face to face meet up as needed for qualified candidates but due pandemic to new normal interview is being done via zoom or google meet, skype and other platform
7. Preparation and issuance of employee ID and contract
8. Facilitate ATM card application of new employees
9. Conduct thorough orientation to on-boarding employees
10.Endorsement/introduction of newly hired employees to designated departments
11. Timely coordination with Timekeeping for all newly hired employees
12. Ensure that new employees signed all the required company forms and other government forms
13. Double check the information of newly hired to be submitted to recruitment supervisor for 201 filing and database recording
14. Prepare PMRF and HDMF report to be submitted to Compensation and Benefits Division for updating and enrolment of newly hired employees and workers
15. Weekly update and monitoring of employee master list
16. Prepares and maintain employee’s 201 files
17. Prepare detailed information of new employees to Compensation & Benefits for payroll purposes
18. Prepares weekly hiring reports and submit to the Manager of the department concerned for reference
19. Coordinate with other departments within the company as necessary
20. Organized safekeeping of department documents more so on 201 file
21. Maintain confidentiality of all HR record and files
22. Other tasks assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
