  • Submits PRF (personnel requisition form) to HR Main office
  • Forward HR related documents to HR Main, such as but not limited to the following: Biodata, application letter, trade test, government mandatory requirements, and other requirements needed for application processes.
  • Collect and records proper documentations from the area of responsibilities
  • Disseminate information that are coming from the Main Office
  • Responsible for on-boarding of the newly hired staff, such as but not limited to signing of contracts, orientation of company policies and guidelines
  • Address employees concerns and grievances. Document incidences, reports, and collect evidences.
  • Coordinate with Safety Officers regarding work related accidents, prepare reports and other related documents and submit to Compensation and Benefits Officer.
  • Collate and distribute employee appraisal and evaluation forms


Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
At least two years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur
