Job Description

Human Resource Assistant (Generalist)

  1. Recruitment & Hiring administration, responsible end-to-end processes, procedures & documentation.
  2. Responsible in maintaining personnel record filing system or the 201 File of employees/workers and up-to-date employees database/file; ensures completeness, safekeeping and confidentiality, including other HR documents and files.
  3. Facilitates signing of pre-employment papers/documents for newly hired employees/workers
  4. Facilitates request and distribution of Company’s ID and uniforms.
  5. Facilitates employment company orientation and reorientation,
  6. Compensation and Benefits, Responsible on processes, accomplishes and compliant of employees/workers government mandated benefits BIR, SSS, Pag-Ibig & PhilHealth such as but not limited to reporting, registration, endorsement and claims, in coordination with Accounting Department.
  7. Monitors & reports daily Employees/Workers work schedule, attendance and timekeeping every cut-off and on time submission for payroll processing, including absenteeism & tardiness.
  8. Ensures proper and organized recording and validating of leave application, absences, tardiness, attendance; implement system for all employees/workers.
  9. Assists HR Head on disciplining employee/worker in accordance with the due process.
  10. Entertain employee/worker concerns and welfare.
  11. Up-to-date and on-time submission of reports/update related to but not limited to recruitment, manpower, attendance, turnover and disciplinary action.
  12. Keep track on employees due for performance evaluation; such as on-call, probationary, regularization and periodic appraisal.
  13. Facilitates exit clearance and quitclaim form to separated employees.
  14. Accomplishes employee’s certificate of employment request.
  15. Ensures monitoring, availability and request HR forms.
  16. Recommends, assist HR Manager and co-facilitates employee’s motivational events/activities and trainings such as parties, sports, outings, etc.
  17. Responsible to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in working area, before, during and after working hours.
  18. Establish & maintain good working relationship with co-employees/workers; ensures high quality of work performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Psychology/HR Management or any related course.
  • With working experience in Recruitment, Timekeeping/Payroll, ER & Government mandated benefits transactions.
  • Computer literate and hardworking
