Job Description Summary:
Provide end-to-end recruitment process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or any equivalent course
Proven experience as HR Assistant, specifically in Recruitment and Employee Relations
Basic knowledge of Labor Laws
Proficient in Microsoft Offices
Good Interpersonal Skills
A team-player but can also work independently
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide general assistance and clerical reports in recruitment.
Perform internal and external sourcing for company job vacancies.
Conduct resume analysis and preliminary interviews and prepare individual profile of applicants.
Schedule applicants for testing and prepare notices for concerned departments in case of internal applications.
Endorse applicants for interview and final selection of the requisitioning department.
Maintain a pool of applicants.
Take charge of employees’ records and update the master file and ensure the CONFIDENTIALITY of the same.
Release necessary notification forms for purpose of appraising performance of probationary, regular, apprentice, promoted and transferred employees and prepare documents for approval.
Releases necessary notification forms to contractual workers for purpose of renewal or termination of contract.
Prepare weekly/monthly report on new hires, manpower list by department, and statistics of regular/probationary/contractual.
Prepare and notify concerned employees with AWOL and termination status, and simultaneously prepare clearance forms for separated (resigned/terminated) employees.
Prepare monthly report.
Perform other substantially-related tasks and/or duties authorized by higher authority.
