JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers and interprets examination
Conducts initial interview and facilitates final interview to applicants
Coordinates with departments for interview schedule
Checks pre-employment requirements
Conducts Day One Induction
Coordinates with different section for manpower need
Assists in the preparation of Performance Evaluation for Regularization
Timekeeping
In-charge of Monthly Mandatory Remittances
Prepare Monthly Recruitment and DOLE reports
Other duties assigned by immediate superior
1. Arrange company driver schedule
2. Prepare necessary items for visitors and suppliers
3. Prepare employee pass and clearance
4. Control staff lockers and shoe rack
5. Control bunny suit, non-cleanroom uniform
6. Assists Visitors and Guests
7. Mails and distributes letter
8. Oversee laundry schedule
9. Ensure compliance of General Affairs to QMS
10. Maintains section procedures
11. Maintain, coordinate and oversee canteen concessionaire
12. Books ticket for employees for training/business trip/seminar
13. Coordinate with hotels for reservations and other needs for guests, staff and expats
14. Oversee company car insurance/rental and other related concerns
15. Process Alien Employment Permit (AEP) & VISA
16. Maintains shuttle schedule
