The HR Staff is responsible for full life cycle of employees - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, employee engagement, and company policy regulation. Operates in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform other HR functions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course
Has good planning, organizing, delegating and prioritization skills
Can work with minimal supervision and proactively follows-thru
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, resourceful and tech savvy
Keen on details
Willing to work on-site Monday-Saturday 8AM-5PM in Mandaluyong
