HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Reinforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Supervise HR clerk in monitoring tardiness and enforcing sanctions.
• Manage communication and documentation with employee representative organizations.
• Handle incidental tasks, including charge slips, attendance monitoring, and incident reports.
• Consolidate and submit periodic reports on disciplinary status and employee performance.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and HR software.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Discreet in handling confidential information.
