Job Description

Employee Relation/ Labor Relation:
  • Answers employee concerns and provides solutions promptly.
  • Receiving of Incident Reports and issuance of Notice to Explain to the involved employee.
  • Conducts admin hearing and investigations regarding the incidents.
  • Issuance of disciplinary actions to the employees.
  • Attends DOLE and NLRC hearings.
  • Making memorandums and announcements.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer all Employee compensation and Benefits concerns.
  • Handles SSS Sickness and Maternity filling.
  • Assists the employees in filling out SSS Sickness Benefits, Maternity Benefits, Pagibig Loan Application, and others.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in HRDM, or equivalent.
  • At least one year of strong working experience in Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Knowledgeable in time-keeping, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • must be resourceful, innovative, a team player, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • willing to do field work from time to time.
  • Willing to be assigned at Santa Cruz, Manila
