Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. You will play a key part in creating a positive workplace environment and supporting employees throughout their career journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare and update HR reports, such as attendance, performance, and turnover data.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and performance appraisals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.  

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • with years of experience in an HR or administrative role (entry-level roles may require no prior experience).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred.
