Requirements & Qualifications:
• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or any related field
• At least 2 years of proven work experience in the HR field or similar.
• Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player; encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
• A plus if with specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, HR best practices, and preventive labor relations.
