Prepares the job offer documents for positions below Officer level and ensures that it is signed by all signatories as soon as possible.
Prepares 201 file for positions below Officer level

Collects and collates applicants’ feedback on the interview process
Collects and collates internal customers’ feedback on the interview process
Submits a quarterly recruitment metrics report
Reviews and improves on the process based on the feedback
On-Boarding
Prepares the employment contract and ensures that it is signed before the employee starts work
Provides all pre-employment essentials: email address, computer, access, ID, welcome kit
Hosts new employee welcome events in coordination with Employee Relations (ER)
Ensures that all new employees are oriented on the following: company culture, purpose, values & norms (PVN), employee benefits and workplace
Ensures that the new employee is properly turned over to his department
Checks-in regularly with employees to ensure that their experience is a positive one and that they have everything they need to succeed (1, 3 and 5 month check-in)
Ensures that Talent Development team drafts a new Training Needs Assessment for the newly regularized employee
Works with the ER team to evaluate probationary employee engagement
Submits a quarterly on-boarding progress report
Analyzes results and make recommendations
Separation
Conducts exit Interviews for non-managerial positions
Submits a quarterly exit interview report
Analyzes exit interview results and recommends changes
Performance Management
Regularly reviews each position’s tasks and workload and works with the manager to update the roles, responsibilities & competencies required
Keeps a record of our official job descriptions/roles and accountabilities descriptions
Sends out performance evaluation surveys once a quarter
Summarizes, collate results and keeps a record of performance assessments
Organizes and implements recognition activities
Development Planning
Schedules periodic Individual Development Plan (IDP) discussions between employees and their managers
Collates the results of the IDP discussions
Learning & Development
Makes a follow-up with the employee's manager after 3 months to check if the learning have been applied.
Processes internal paperwork for external training
Ensures that all employees who participate in training answer the Learning Application Monitoring survey.
Conducts training when necessary

Checks and submits SSS, PhilHealth, BIR documents to government agencies for processing
Creates the Zendesk tracking ticket for all applications

Assists the Division in executing corporate events
