Prepares and consolidates timekeeping reports.
Maintains digital and electronic records of employees.
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Reviews and receives approved leave applications of employees and ensures that these are included in the payroll.
Monitors and ensures that Employees’ Leave availment and Monitoring Report is updated regularly.
To handle other administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, receiving, and releasing documents, and answering calls and emails.
Performs HR functions and responsibilities required from time to time.
