Job Description

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,screening, interviewing,and selecting candidates.
  2. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  4. Identifying training needs and coordinate training programs for employees

Qualifications/Requirements

      1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
      2. With a strong understanding of HR Policies, procedures, and employment laws.
      3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
      4. Willing to work in BAGUIO CITY
