Job description
A. RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT
1. Source out possible candidates to fill in a specific job vacancies based on approved Manpower/Personnel Request through different recruitment medium such as Print, Radio and Television ads, Campus Recruitment, Job Fairs, referrals, head hunting and internet based jobs sourcing.
2. Conducts initial interview, psychological exams and other prescribed test to applicants as part of the initial screening process.
3. Shortlist applicants based on the exam results and the initial interview findings for final interview with the requisitioning department/unit head.
4. Requires pre-employment requirements for successful candidates such as Transcript of records, diploma, SSS, TIN, PHIC and HDMF records, Police/NBI clearance, medical and birth certificates, marriage contracts (for married applicants), I.D. pictures, Clearance from previous employment and other documents which may be required by the Company.
5. Prepares employment contract after submission of all the necessary pre-employment requirements.
6. Conduct employee orientation for Company policies, product knowledge, plant and facility briefing and safety.
7. Deploy newly hired employee to the respective Dept./unit for On-the-job training and orientation.
B. Compensation and Benefits
1. Timekeeping & Attendance
2. Facilitates and monitors PDCR processing
3. Edit template for new employee ID
4. Receives generated payslip from regional HR compben, cutting & folding of individual payslip and distribution to employees
5. Facilitates clearance processing as to:
-Collection of necessary documents upon separation of employee
-Clearance preparation
-Routing of clearance to immediate supervisor level
6. Facilitates release and claim of Employee's Final Pay
7. Facilitates collection of separated employee's ID & Uniform
8. Account number preparation for newly hired employees (every payroll)
9. Dissemination of Salary Amount to employees with no ATM Card (every payroll)
