Job Description

  1. Provides and maintains security measures to assigned area of responsibility during tour of duty.
  2. Acts as a parent to the client performing the following roles undertake home management like maintaining hygiene and sanitation as well as physical order, supervises housekeeping including laundry, updates daily logbook on individual incident reports and other salient events during tour of duty.
  3. Maintains peace and order inside and outside of assigned dormitory.
  4. Assists the technical staff in conducting the patients' daily activities.
  5. Conducts initial investigation to all incidents that occurred in area of responsibility and submits report to the proper authorities.
  6. Conducts regular headcounts of patients within assigned dormitory.
  7. Conducts orientation to newly admitted patients.
  8. Conducts regular search on patients' personal belongings.

Experience: None Required (MC. 11 s. 1996 Cat. III)
