The Housekeeping & Linen Services Specialist is responsible for providing support to Housekeeping & Linen Management supervisors in the routine upkeep and sanitation of patient rooms, special areas, offices and other areas of the hospital building; and in the collection, distribution, appropriate handling of linen.
S/He supports the operations of the department by following established protocol, policies and procedures, and is responsible for coordinating with applicable concerned persons / teams in the conduct of her / his duty.
Additionally, s/he stringently observes hospital rules and regulations, infection control standards and performs other duties to ensure the health and safety of the hospital’s patients, customers, visitors, staff, and other service providers.
