• Housekeeping Supervisors are primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the work of the housekeeping staff in hotels.
• Their role includes ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, maintaining inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handling guest complaints and queries related to housekeeping services.
• Regularly reviewing and updating housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas of the establishment.

Qualifications/Requirements

◘ Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
◘ Working knowledge of housekeeping.
◘ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
◘ The ability to multitask.
◘ The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
◘ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
◘ Exceptional customer service skills.
